科里奧利質量流量計（Coriolis Mass Flowmeter）簡稱科氏力質量流量計，一個彎管道的兩端被固定，在兩個固定點的中間位置給管道施加振動力（按管道的諧振頻率），使其以固定點為軸以其自然頻率u振動，當管道內沒有流體流動時，管道只受外加震動力作用，管道兩個半段振動方向相同，沒有相位差。當有流體流動時受管道內流動的介質質點科氏力Fc的影響，管道的兩個半段按相反的方向發(fā)生扭動，產生相位差，這一相位差同質量流量成正比，這就是科氏質量流量計的工作原理.Coriolis Mass Flowmeter is referred to as Coriolis force mass flowmeter.
